The 33-year-old defender was signed in January up until the end of the season on a free transfer from Cardiff.
Having made no appearances and only featured in the match-day squad on a few occasions, it is highly unlikely that his contract will be extended for anytime further than the 1st of August.

Very much the backup to Sam Johnstone, his only appearances have come in the FA cup.
With such a promising performance by Alex Palmer, who has been on loan at Plymouth Argyle, it looks as though Bond will fall even further down the pecking order.
If Albion are also successful in bringing in another goalkeeper ahead of the new campaign, then that would almost certainly see him move elsewhere.

Barry, who seems to be in the hunt for Premier League football again to further his appearance record, has struggled to make an impact in what is already a very packed midfield.
His professionalism and experience will have benefitted the squad massively in their push for promotion.
But with Albion openly trying to reduce the average age of the squad before the new season kicks off, it seems inevitable that his stint at the club will come to an end.
