#4 Abdulkadir Parmak

Parmak is the third central midfielder to feature on this list and much like Ozan Tufan, he fits the mould of a lively box-to-box midfielder.

He doesn’t possess the same frame and offer the same physicality as Tufan, but Parmak’s enthusiastic and tidy midfield play would make him a worthwhile addition to West Brom’s squad.

The Trabzonspor play-maker enjoyed a decent season contributing two goals and three assists in 16 games where he started as a central midfielder and won his first and only international cap back in September 2019.

Parmak’s strengths lie in both his accuracy of passing and dribbling ability. He completed 89% of his passes last season and his ability to break on the counter attack with the ball at his feet has caught the eye of several scouts including those at Leicester City.

Turkish media outlet Asist Analiz have declared that the Foxes have tabled a bid just north of £9 million for the 25 year-old as they look to bolster their midfield options, but this was reported a couple of weeks ago and there has been a lack of development regarding this transfer since then.

Parmak is a bit of an unknown quantity, this is his first season in the Süper Lig where he’s made more than 20 appearances and Albion may not be comfortable taking a punt on a player who will most likely only challenge Krovinović for a starting berth in the upcoming season.

Like Krovinović, Parmak isn’t particularly fast but he does have experience playing on both wings which could be of interest to Bilić, who likes to play a fairly fluid system and a utility option such as Parmak could prove useful in a condensed Premier League season.

This is nothing more than educated speculation and no formal reports have been made, but Bilić clearly rates a lot of Turkish Süper Lig talent and Parmak is a another name worth making a note of.

Albion’s unpredictability in the transfer market last season suggests that fans should expect the unexpected and the players profiled in this list shouldn’t be discounted just yet.

We are only a week in to the transfer window and with so much time remaining for teams to thrash out deals, you never know who might be lining up for West Brom in the Premier League come September.
